Graphix Zone, Inc. License Agreement

	This is a Legal agreement between you as an end user and Graphix
Zone, Inc. concerning this product, hereafter referred to as Software. By
clicking the button labeled "Agree" during this installation, you agree to
be bound by the terms of this agreement.

	1. License. This agreement permits you to install and use your copy of
the Software on single computer. You may not network the Software or
otherwise use it or install it on more than one computer or terminal at
the same time.

	2. Copyright. The Software (including any images, text, photographs,
animation, video, audio, and music) is owned by Graphix Zone, Inc. or its
suppliers and is protected by United States copyright laws and its
international treaty provisions. You may either (a) make one copy of the
Software for backup or archival purposes, or (b) transfer the Software to a
single hard disk, provided that you keep the original for backup or archival
purposes. Otherwise, the Software may not be copied or reproduced for any
other purpose.

	3. Other Restrictions. You may not rent or lease the Software. You may
transfer the Software on a permanent basis, provided that you retain no copies
and the recipient agrees with the terms of this Agreement. You may not reverse
engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that
the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

	4. Limited Warranty. Graphix Zone warrants that the Software will perform
substantially in accordance with the accompanying printed materials for a
period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Graphix Zone's entire
liability and your  exclusive remedy  shall  be limited  only  to replacement
of the Software that is determined to be defective during the warranty period,
and is returned to Graphix Zone with a copy of  your receipt.  This  Limited
Warranty is void if  the defective Software resulted from accident, abuse, or
misapplication. Any replacement Software will be warranted for  the remainder
of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

	5. No Other Warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable 
law, Graphix Zone disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied,
including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software. This limited warranty
gives you no specific legal rights. You may have others, which vary from
state/jurisdiction to state/jurisdiction.

	6. No Liability For Consequential Damages. To the maximum permitted
by applicable law, in no event shall Graphix Zone or its suppliers be liable
for any damages what so ever (including, without limitation, damages for loss
of business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary
loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this Software, even if
Graphix Zone has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because
some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may
not apply to you.
